Multispilt-systems

The principle of multi-split systems involves the installation of one outdoor unit (with a compressor and condenser) and one or more indoor units.
The outdoor unit uses the compressor to start a process so the inside unit will blow cold or hot air into the room. The inside units (adjustable by remote control) have inverter technology, which means optimum temperature control is possible with minimum power consumption (this is because the compressors have speed control).
Besides cooling, ventilating and dehumidifying, the installation can also provide heating.

Overpressure systems

The overpressure system is an air discharge-suction system that blows conditioned fresh outside air into various rooms, and also extracts it from them.
Conditioned means treated air: air that has been heated or cooled, adjustable to the desired temperature. The air is treated in an air treatment unit. A distributor section is placed on this unit. It diverts the air to the various decks. The air is moved through insulated Spiro ducts.
On the decks, the air is blown into the appropriate room by a cabin unit which is located in the ceiling. The outlet ornament of the cabin unit has a control valve, allowing individual adjustment of the air supply and temperature for each accommodation cabin. The exhaust air is sucked out through an uninsulated pipe system by means of overpressure (through door gaps and/or grates).

Fancoil systems

The fan coil unit system works like this:
We set up a cooling unit in the technical room, which generates cold water (from 6 to 12 degrees Celsius). The cold water is transported through insulated pipes to the fan coil unit and flows through it (at least, through the coil mounted in the fan coil unit).
A ventilator is installed beneath the coil of the unit. It blows air from the room over the coil, thus cooling the air.
The fan coil unit also has a thermostat for setting the desired temperature, so a comfortable temperature can be created in the room.
The system can be expanded by installing an electrical element in the unit, making it possible to cool or heat independently.
Instead of cold water, hot water can be sent through the coil, thus making it possible to heat as well.
